Heat a pan and add sunflower seeds dry roast on low flame for 2 min. then off the flame and transfer it in the plate

Now crush jaggery and add it in the pan pour tbsp of water and put it over the low flame while stirring continuously

Put a bowl of cold water where we can check the consistency of jaggery syrup it should be like soft ball making

Then add roasted sunflower seeds mix well and off the flame

Grease the plate & rolling pin with ghee and transfer the chikki in the plate roll the chikki with the help of rolling pin

When it sets properly cut it into rectangular shape and enjoy 😋 very healthy chikki during winters
