Mix Vegetable Sandwich

Assemble ingredients, Chop Potato, Carrot, Beans into small small cubes

In heated pan add oil, add bay leaf + cumin seeds and allow to crackle. Add all veggies + little salt + green chilli and sauté for 4-5 minutes

Add turmeric powder + garam masala powder and sauté for around 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup water, salt as required, cover and cook for few minutes.

Check veggies have turned soft or not, cook further for few minutes more and sandwich filling is done.
Discard green chilli. - 5
Take bread slices and spread butter on any one side of each bread slices. Add the filling evenly and cover it with another bread slice keeping the butter side outwards.

Take tawa, grease with butter and toast sandwich till crisp and golden brown.
Flip and toast the other side too.
Alternatively it can be toasted in sandwich maker also. - 7
Sandwich is done.
