#WS Dil leaves (Shepu Bjaji) week 4
Steps

First wash dil leaves and fine chop, heat a pan add oil,when it hot add mustard seeds,and cumin seeds. Add onions and chilli garlic crushed stir it.

Add chopped dil leaves and stir it on medium heat.add salt,turmeric powder,chilli powder,and mix it well,

Add crushed peanuts,besan and mix it well,stir it unttil crispy. Ready your stir fry dil bhaji. Serve it with roti or chapati.Enjoy
