Dry roast wheat flour for six to seven minutes.

Heat ghee in a pan.Add roasted wheat flour and gum.Saute for two minutes.Then add dry fruit powder.Add nutmeg powder.

When ghee separates turn off the gas.

Add grated jaggery and mix well.Pour into greased tray and spread evenly.

Cut into small pieces.When cool store into tight container.
