Authentic lamb gozleme made in crispy puff pastry, served with tzatziki. Unbelievable.
Steps

Add oil to the pan on medium high heat. Add chopped onion and cook until almost translucent.

Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, stirring continuously.

Add 500g lamb mince, breaking up chunks until you have an even consistency of ground meat.

Add tomato paste and mix well, then add spice mix and half a cup of water.

Allow to begin to simmer, add spinach and wilt until mixed in with meat mixture.

Break up pieces of feta (approx half or slightly more) mix until combined with meat. It does not need to necessarily melt.

Garnish with fresh parsley and mix through the mixture. Salt to taste. Once the mixture is thick enough to be scooped up in a spoon, turn off heat and allow to cool.

Prepare thawed puff pastry, place flour sprinkled on the work bench. Lay out a single layer off puff pastry.

Add 2 tablespoons or slightly more meat mixture and cut a square around it, leaving enough room to fold one side into a triangle shape. Close each side with a fork.

Whisk 2 eggs and brush on top of the completed pastry triangles. Optional: add sesame seeds on top.

Place gozleme puffs into air fryer at 180 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden brown and crunchy. Conventional oven at 180 degrees for 15 mins and check.

Serve with tzatziki sauce. Optional: dust a thin amount of paprika over the tzatziki and add fresh parsley.
