Protein rich soya bean cheese filled cutlet

Strain soya bean in a colander.Grind soya bean,green chilli and garlic.Transfer the ground soya bean in a bowl.

Mix corn flour,all-purpose flour,red chilli powder,salt, Maggi masala,mixed herbs in it.

Heat oil in a karahi,take small portion from the soya bean mixture,flatten it,put a cheese piece in the centre and close them from all the sides to make a cutlet.
Make all the cutlets like this.Fry them on medium hot oil until golden brown on both the sides. - 4
Your spicy, crispy cutlet is ready to serve.
