#WS # Curry leaves # fennel seeds Mom always made this cutney using the curry leaves from our tree in Chennai; she served it with rice uppuma, idlies, dosai and etc. HERE IN CALIFORNIA I HAVE TWO TREES growing in pot. It is my big treasure. Zma I got to see your recipe: Curry Leaves and Roasted Gram Chutney for Dosas/Idlis. ZMA @zesty5, decided to make the chutney in my own way; no peanuts added. I added a few mint leaves also. Used additional spice such as fennel seeds.
It is easy to make a nutritious, delicious, and aromatic dish. Curry leaves rich in iron and has the power to prevent diseases anemia and diabetes
