Steps

Wash & cut mustard green.
Soak black urad dal in water for 10 minutes. - 2
Heat a kadhai.add oil hing cuminseeds. Crackle them.add urad dal.add garlic red chili.

Add mustard green.add salt & little water.mix all & cover with player.open 10 minutes. Cook vegetable.

Transfere into a bowl.
Serve hot sarson ka saag dry with makka roti.
