Soak overnight Black Bean + Rajma.

Boil Black Bean + Rajma in sufficient water. Keep aside.

Assemble all ingredients

In heated pan add Oil. Allow to heat, add bay leaf + Cumin seeds and allow to crackle. Then add chopped Onion + ginger garlic paste and sauté for few minutes. Add chopped Tomato and sauté for few seconds.

Add all spices along with 2-3 tbsp water and sauté till spices leaves Oil.

Add boiled Dal along with water and cook for few more minutes. Lastly add Kasuri Methi and cook for few seconds.
Add little more water as per preferred consistency.
Dish is done. - 7
Serve with Roti, Paratha, etc.
