Ingredients

  • Sauce (8 servings)
  • 1/2 CupApricot Preserves
  • 2 t.regular mustard
  • enough Worcestershire sauce to make a paste

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook Brisket 30 minutes at 400° (season with salt & pepper, cut off all fat). Then pour sauce over meat, cover tightly, cook 3-4 hrs. at 250°
    For a 5.39 lb Brisket with fat, cut off, making 4+ lbs of meat.
    Cooked 275° for 3 hours.
