Ingredients

Makes 3 1/2 cups.

1/2 Csalad oil
3/4 Csoy sauce
1/4 CWorcestershire sauce
2 Tdry mustard
2 Tsalt
2 Tcoarsely ground black pepper
1 Tcoarse vinegar
1/2 Cwine vinegar
1/2 tdried parsley flakes
2crushed garlic cloves
1/3 CFresh Lemon Juice

Steps

1

Combine all ingredients - stir well.
Marinate meat to be drained from marinade may another steak for a smoother use.
Store in a tightly covered jar in freezer indefinitely.
