Steps

Heat clarified butter in a pan and deep fry the gond and keep aside.
Wash and chop the carrot.
Pressure cook the chopped carrot and milk. - 2
When cooker release the whistle switch off the flame.
Once cooled,open the lid.
Stir continuously till thick. - 3
Simmer the flame,when the mixture(milk and carrot) gets dried add mawa and fresh cream and saute for 4 - 5 mins.

Add sugar and mix well until thick consistency
Add cardamom powder, gond and dry fruits and mix well.
Garnish with almonds,cashew nuts and raisins.
