First take sama wash and soaked in two bowl water till 10 minutes. Potato, chilli, tomato cut in small pieces.

Now take big vessel put on gas add oil let it hot then add cumin seeds crackle then add chilli and potato pieces stirring by table spoon half cook,then add sama with water cover up.between stirring till thick consistency.

Now add rock salt, black pepper powder and tomato pieces mix well.

Tasty and delicious little millet (sama) to serve in dish sprinkle coriander leaves. You can eat curd and butter milk. Little millet is light food in diet plan.
Tips
In little millet you can add lemon juice.
