1/2 kgsugar
1 teaspoonpostu
1/2 bowlalmonds
1/2 bowlcashews
1 teaspooncinnamon powder
8-10cloves
1/4 teaspoonjaiphal
1 teaspoonKala namaste

Give Josh or one whistle to amla

Remove the seeds

Take another pan put deseeded amla and sugar and keep for half an hour

Take a pan put the amla with sugar and all dry fruits and mix well add all spices cook it for 5-10 minutes

Switch off the flame

Store it and ready to eat
