Strawberry Jam

Start by washing the strawberries properly and Chop them into pieces.

Add these pieces to the mixing jar and grind on the pulse mode one time to form some pulp.

Now to a pan, add the strawberry pulp along with sugar.

Mix well and cook for 5 minutes or until the sugar dissolves and mixture thickens a bit.

Add the lemon juice and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes to burn access water.

Turn off the flame and let the jam cool down completely. It will thicken like the consistency of market bought jam. Serve with some bread and enjoy ✨
