Take a pan. Add milk. When it gets hot add cocoa powder and stir it.

Then add coffee powder mix well. Also add sugar and mix it well together. Bring it to a boil.

Then off the gas and add dairy milk chocolate chunks to it and dissolve it properly. Now sieve it and pour the hot chocolate to the glass.
