Heat pan and add oil.Stir fry silver fish for a minute.Then remove.Let it cool down first.

Crack egg,add salt,white pepper then beat it.Then add in silver fish and mix slowly.

Heat pan, then pour cooking oil.

Pan fry egg omellete.Flip the other side to cook also.

When done,place in a plate then slice.Serve.
