  • 1bulb of Onions
  • 4Fresh tomatoes or Tomato paste
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • cubesSeasoning
  • Salt
  • Pepper

    Peel, wash, cut and fry sweet potatoes

    Chop your vegetables and sausages/chicken franks

    Whisk your egg and set aside

    Lightly stir-fry Chicken franks/sausages

    Add your veggies and tomato paste; lightly fry. Pour in your eggs and scramble. Add salt, pepper, and seasoning cubes to taste
