Wash and cut tomato into small pieces.

Heat a karahi add oil and mustard seeds.Allow to crackle.Add turmeric powder and tomato pieces, chilli powder and coriander powder.

Cover and cook for six to seven minutes.Add salt and jaggery Cook for two minutes.Turn off the gas.

Decorate with coriander leaves and serve in lunch.
Tasty sweet and sour bhaji is ready.
