Steps

Take 1 kg carrots and wash them in running water and peel them off

Grate the carrots

In a pan add 2 tb ghee and add grated carrots and cook them for 3-5 min

Cover and cook for 10-15 min at medium flame and stir in between

Meanwhile in another pan add 1 ltr milk and reduce it to half like rabri texture

After the carrots are cooked properly add sugar and cook till all sugar syrup is absorbed properly

Add rabri and cook for 7-10 min on medium flame

Add elaichi powder along with 2 tb ghee and chopped dryfruits

Mix well and cook for 5 min on medium flame

Serve hot garnish with chopped dryfruits
