Family Favorite, made from scratch natural ingredients. We use hazelnuts and peanuts interchangeably to cook and bake with if anybody with a peanut allergy is around. We dont use chocolate chips either, replace them with pure cacao powder.

Family Favorite, made from scratch natural ingredients. We use hazelnuts and peanuts interchangeably to cook and bake with if anybody with a peanut allergy is around. We dont use chocolate chips either, replace them with pure cacao powder.

Warm and mix the hazelnut spread and hazelnut butter with the brown sugar. Add the eggs and vanilla. Add the baking powder and soda. Add the flour. And salt. Cream in dough mixer with cake blade till crumbly.

Use icecream scoop to make 12 cookie balls on parchment paper per baking sheet. Bake eight minutes at 375 F degrees in preheated oven, not longer.

Take soft cookies out, let them cool and harden on the kitchen counter. Fresh for a week.
