Pork joint and Roast Potatoes

Have roasted a Pork joint before , but I have never given a Recipe for quick Roasted Potatoes - have too partially boil the raw peeled potatoes - first

Have roasted a Pork joint before , but I have never given a Recipe for quick Roasted Potatoes - have too partially boil the raw peeled potatoes - first

Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 6 (200 oC). Place the Vegetable Oil in the Roasting Tin and then place the raw Pork joint in and then place Kitchen Foil over the top of the Pork joint and then roast with the Foil on - for 45 minutes and then take the Kitchen Foil off

During the first 45 minutes, boil the peeled potatoes on the highest hob heat for 10 minutes and then turn the hob off and then allow the partially boiled cooked potatoes too rest in the hot water - for the end of the 45 minute period

Baste the Pork Fat of the Pork joint and then add the partially boiled cooked potatoes too the Roasting Tin - coat in the hot Vegetable Oil and then roast the potatoes and Pork joint for 1 (One) hour and then rest the cooked Pork joint for 15 minutes with the Kitchen Foil over the top

Turn the oven up to Gas Mark 8 and roast the potatoes with grinds of Sea Salt on - for a further 15 minutes and then transfer the cooked Pork joint to a Dinner Plate and place the cooked Roasted Potatoes on the Dinner Plate as well and then enjoy eating the Dinner with some Shop bought Salad Cream
