Steps

Perboil rice till its almost soft, wash off starch till water is clear, drain and set aside

In a medium heat, place a pot and add vegetable oil, immediately add diced onions after a minute share fresh tomatoes into 2 portion and add to the pot, immediately add tomatoes purie and pepper and stir continuously till its fried through

Add a little water, then add salt, curry powder and knorr cube, taste to confirm you have all the ingredients in

Stir in the rice, stir properly and cover pot, once the water is dried up and the rice is soft, turn off heat.

In a small bowl, add lettuce, cabbage, carrot, cucumber and tomatoes; finally add the salad cream mix together and set aside.

Serve jollof rice and salad with any protein of your choice.
