Every time I am trying chicken sukka with Tambda pandhra rassa but today I am trying madhu bindrajis recipe amritsari chicken masala which is mouth watering and delicious.
Steps

Take washed chicken in bowl then add salt, red chilli powder,turmeric powder,2 tablespoon curd, ginger garlic paste and garam masala then mix it well and keep this marinated chicken for at least 30 minutes.

Now keep kadai on medium flame then add oil in it and add onion and soute it till onion become transparent then add cashews ginger garlic and tomato when tomato become soft then switch off the flame after cooling grind it finely.here you can use directly also no need to grind.

Now again keep kadai on medium flame add ghee in it add all khada masala and then add marinated chicken make sure that flame is medium.after 5 minutes add grinded paste, red chilli powder turmeric powder, salt now mix it well.add hot water in it.

Then add Julienne's of ginger and keep it on medium flame for next 10-15 minutes.add kasuri methi and then add chopped coriander leaves. Service Amritsar chicken masala with roti phulke chhupati rice or bhakri.
