250 gmSoya Chop
15-20 piecesblack pepper seeds
2Tomato
2 piecesOnions
10 piecesGarlic
2" piece ginger
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp Cooking Oil
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tspRed chilli powder
4 pieces Cloves
1 pieceBig cardamom
1 pieceGreen cardamom
1 pieceCinnamon stick
1 pieceBay leaves
2 tbsp Fresh cream
2 tbspCurd
2Chopped coriander leaves

Dry roast Black pepper seeds on a griddle for 2-3 minutes. Cool it and coarsely grind it. Keep aside.

👉Soak cashew nuts in water for 2 hours.

Cut soya chops in small 1" pieces. Deep fry till it turn golden. Then remove and dip it in warm water.

Wash, peel and chop onion garlic and ginger.
👉Grate 4 cloves of garlic and 1" piece ginger.

Pour 1 tb spoon butter and 1 tsp Cooking Oil in a wok. Add grated ginger and garlic and saute for 1 minute.

Add half of the grinded kalimirch in paneer and mix well and remove in a plate..

👉In the same pan heat 1 tb spoon cooking oil. Add onion, 1" piece ginger and garlic and saute till onion gets translucent. Add chopped tomato and cook for 5 minutes. Add soaked cashew nuts with water,, cloves, cinnamom and both cardamoms. Cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes. Switch off the flame. Cool it and then grind it in a mixer to a smooth paste.

Heat 1 tb spoon butter and 1 tsp Cooking Oil in a wok. Add ground paste in it and cook on low flame till it turns thick and oil starts leaving the sides, Add water and let it boil.

Add fresh malai and mix. Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and switch off the flame.

Serve this delicious malai Soya Chop with naan, chapatti or parantha.
