Corn cobs boiled in cooker till 3 whistle, keep cool and remove seeds. Poha soak in water. Onion, chilli, coriander, pomegranate chopped.

Take a Pan put on gas heat oil then add cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon, asofoetida crackle. Then add chilli, onion, curry leaves roasted, then add poha, masala Shing, all Spicy ingredients roasted 2 minutes, Then add sugar, salt, lemon juice. Put in big vessel add Sev,coriander leaves.
