Ingredients

  • 250 gShort Cut Bacon
  • 250 gSliced Mushrooms
  • 2Eggs
  • 3Egg Yolks
  • 1/2 CupFresh Grated Parmesan
  • 500 gFettucini Pasta
  • 50 gButter
  • 1 tablespoonMinced Garlic
  • 2/3 CupCooking Cream
  • 1 teaspoonParsley

Steps

  1. 1

    Start cooking Pasta

  2. 2

    Melt butter over medium heat and add Bacon and Mushrooms. Cook for 5-10mins until soft. Add garlic

  3. 3

    Mix together Cream, Eggs, Parsley and Parmesan. Add salt and pepper

  4. 4

    Drain Pasta and take Bacon off heat. Add Pasta and sauce mix to Bacon, mix for several minutes until sauce thickens
