  • Sitaw/Snake Beans
  • Corned Beef
  • Oil
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Soy Sauce
  • Vinegar
  • Water
  • Sugar
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop all the ingredients

  2. 2

    Add oil to the pan then heat

  3. 3

    Add the corned beef, when slightly cooked add garlic then mix

  4. 4

    Add onion until soft

  5. 5

    Add soy sauce then simmer

  6. 6

    Add water then cook 5 minutes

  7. 7

    Add vinegar, simmer then mix

  8. 8

    Add sugar then mix

  9. 9

    Add Snake Beans or Sitaw

  10. 10

    Mix again then cook for 5 minutes

  11. 11

    Serve your food
