2mini cucumbers or about a whole cucumber
2-3 tablespoonshummus of choice
1bell pepper
Optional bean of choice

Finely chop all veggies and depending if you want whole pepper, pepper scoop chips, or part of salad; chop that as well.

Mix the finely chopped veggies with your hummus

Stuff pepper or place on platter and enjoy!!!
