  • 1 cupbesan
  • 1 cupsugar powder
  • 1/2 cupghee
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • 1/4 cupdry fruits chopped cashew almonds raisin
  • 1sp cardamom powder

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a kadhai. Add ghee & besan.Roast it.

    Add chopped dry fruits.
    Roast till brown.add milk.

    Add sugar.Stire continuously.
    Avoid lumps.
    Stire untill thickens.

    Cool it.
    Take a small portion of besan.
    Make laddu.
    Keep into a airtight jar.
    Serve sweet besan ladoo
