First of all, soak the mung bean(green gram) moth and black gram(chana) for 6-7hours, then drain the water and keep it tied in a cotton cloth or in a sprout container for 1 day.

Heat oil in a pan, cumin seeds and asafoetida, add turmeric and add all the sprouted beans. Add salt and spices, add 1 cup of water, cover and let it simmer for 10 minutes. After that, add coriander leaves and remove from heat.

Stiff the wheat flour and Make smooth dough. Roll thin and medium size roti,roast both sides and apply ghee. Mix Sprouts Stir fry and roti are ready.which is best for tiffin or lunch box.
