  • 1 kgoranges 🍊
  • 250 gsugar
  • 200 mloranges juice
  • 5carnation buds
  • 1 tbspdried orange zest
  • 5 tbsplemon juice

  1. 1

    Wash the oranges thoroughly with hot water. Cut into pieces. Grind into puree with an immersion blender.

    Add dry orange zest. I have a homemade mix of orange and tangerine. Add sugar. You can use any, but brown will add a light caramel shade to the taste.

    Place cloves in a tea bag and drown in oranges. Add orange juice.

    Cook the jam over low heat for two hours, stirring occasionally to prevent it from burning.
