Delicious shrimp cracker snacks, easily made at home, fresh for a week in the fridge!
Steps

Pulverize peeled shrimp, garlic, mix with flour, salt and water into smooth dough.

Roll in aluminum foil, steam 2 hours on steamer tray in wok, lid on.
- 3
Slice in thin slices, dry 12 hours in 170F degree oven.
- 4
When dry, deep fry in 375F degree peanut oil in wok till they float. Drain and serve.
