Steps
- 1
Ok that was alot of ingredients but you should be able to get them at any grocery or a local market
- 2
Ok chop half the onion! Chop half the pumpkin! Fry the split peas with the pumpkin and onions in a pot with a little oil! Add ALOT water when the onions start to turn! You're making soup not dip so fill your pot!
- 3
Boil boil boil, don't ask me how long, the split peas gotta break up, or if you got a blender, blend those bad boys! Season with a LITTLE salt, we add salt in steps
- 4
When that turns all orange yellow and smells like a boring veggie base put it aside in a bowl or a pot or something idk
- 5
Chop finely, the other 1/2 onion, 3/4 green onions, pumpkin, the carrot. Get the thyme, bones and heels
- 6
Heat oil in your soup pot, fry everything with butter together in step 5 boom!
- 7
Add your split pea and pumpkin base! And boil boil boil for idk till the heels get tender cows be different lol
- 8
When the heels are tender, chop the potato, sweet potato, yam and corn and cook for 5 minutes (we actually gotta pay attention now)
- 9
At 5 minutes, combine flour salt and add dashes of water in a bowl to form a small dough. Roll out thin pieces, idk the shape just make em small like your baby finger
- 10
Add those flour dumplings in, cook for 2 minutes
- 11
Chop your patchoi, cook for 1 minute
- 12
Finish with the final 1/4 green onions, serve eat this isn't supposed to be hard. It's done in lazy steps lol
- 13
Oh and add salt throughout and black pepper just taste your food while you cook... Don't be a noob and watch your pot..
