This healthy broccoli tikkis ( patties)rich in fiber, protein, and good fats, making for a wholesome snack. Whether you're a health enthusiast or just looking for a tasty snack, these broccoli tikkis ( patties) are sure to hit the spot.

Boil water and add broccoli florets, cook for 2 mins. Drain water completely. (You can steam cook too couple of mins)

Grind in a blender coarsely. Just for few seconds, do not make into a paste. Squeeze the excess water from the ground broccoli.

Add boiled and mashed potato.

Add gram flour, oil, salt and all the spices mentioned above.

Add coriander leaves. Mix everything well.

Divide into equal portions and make equal sized balls out of it. Flatten to a tikki.

Heat a pan with few drops of oil and place the tikkies over it. Cook over medium flame both sides until golden layer forms.

Serve it with ketchup or chutney.
