Wash and marinate chicken with 2-3 garlic cloves, small piece of ginger, little coriander leaves, lemon juice and salt.Keep aside for one hour.

Dry roast coriander seeds, cloves, cardamom, pepper corn and dry coconut.Grind finely.

Add one teaspoon oil in a pan and add chopped onion, garlic and ginger piece.Saute till golden brown.

Grind finely with little water.

Heat one tablespoon oil in a pan add grounded paste and saute till separates oil.Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt.Add required water and chicken pieces.Cover and cook in slow flame for seven minutes.

Chicken gets tender and cooked.Turn off the gas.

Serve hot with chapati or rice.
