Kneading the Dough:
In a mixing bowl, combine ragi flour, wheat flour, and ghee. Mix well.
Gradually add milk or water to form a stiff dough.
Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Preparing the Filling:
Roast mawa in a pan on low flame until it turns light golden. Let it cool.
Once cooled, mix the roasted mawa with powdered sugar, chopped dry fruits, cardamom powder, and desiccated coconut. Your filling is ready.
Shaping the Gujiyas:Divide the dough into small balls and roll them into small circles.
Place 1-2 teaspoons of filling in the center of each rolled circle.

Baking:
Preheat the Air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
Place the shaped gujiyas on a baking tray and brush them lightly with ghee.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the gujiyas turn golden brown.
