Steps

Wash moong dal and Soaked for 2 hours. Then In a mixer jar, take soaked Moong Dal
Add Chillies & a small Ginger. Churn to make thick batter.Transfer the batter in a bowl.Stir for 5-10 min. Then add salt as per taste. - 2
Keep ready veggies and
Heat Oil in a pan to make sabji and add cumin. - 3
Add Onion sliced chopped Garlic Cloves Capsicum Green Cabbage slightly cook.
Add Chilli Flakes, Red Chilli Sauce and Tomato Ketchup. Mix well. - 4
Add Salt as per taste and mix it well, shredded Paneer mix it and turn off the heat.

Heat another pan to make dosa.Add a little Oil hot pan⁸ and wipe with a tissue.Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it on pan
Drizzle some oil around
Cook it on slow to medium flame. - 6
Flip once it is nice golden-brown and slightly cook other side too. Then again flip the dosa and add sabji on one side.

Fold the dosa and transfer on a plate. Enjoy Super Healthy Moong Dal Spring Dosa.
