First of all, peel the mango, cut it into pieces, add 1/2 cup of water to the pressure cooker and cook till 1-2 whistles. When it cools down, add jaggery, mint, coriander, roasted cumin and pepper powder.

Grind this mixture in a mixer jar. Add water as required to the prepared thick and smooth pulp. It is ready. Add more water if needed.

Add ice cubes and aam panna juice in serving glass. garnish with pepper powder and mint. Place a slice of mango on top of the glass.alAam Panna is ready, Serve chilled.
