Season your meat, chicken with onions, seasoning cubes, salt, pepper, crayfish, and leave for some minutes to cook till it's tender.

After some minutes add your kpomo, stockfish, black fish, Mangala and leave to cook till it's tender.

Wash and cut your waterleaf and ugu and set aside. (Vegetable soup doesn't require much water. Your meat stock is enough for cooking)

Add your red oil to the meat stock and iru. Cover and leave to cook for some minutes.

Put in your waterleaf first and leave to cook. It shouldn't be be overcooked then add your ugu and leave to cook for few minutes without getting overcooked. (The veggies should still be crunchy not overcooked).

Finally drizzle a little red oil on top of the soup to give it that final look and beauty. Turn of the heat after a minute or two.

Your vegetable soup is ready. Enjoy with any swallow of your choice.
