Nowadays kids like junk food alot, and spya sticks is one of their favourite. So, lets gove them a hygienic and healthy soya sticks treat.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Take equal quantity of soya flour and chickpea flour in a bowl.
- 2
Add masalas, baking soda, and oil to it.
- 3
Add little water at a time and knead a soft dough. Keep it aside for 15mins.
- 4
Using chakli maker, make long lines and cut them in small parts.
- 5
Heat oil and deep fry the sticks till golden Brown.
- 6
Remove them on absorbent paper and serve once cooled down.
