Cut the phyllo dough into small pieces or squares or triangles, as you prefer. Place the phyllo pieces in a baking dish, drizzle with a little melted butter, and bake at 350°F (180°C) until golden and crispy, about 10 minutes.

In a saucepan over medium heat, bring the milk, cream, and sugar to a boil, stirring constantly to dissolve the sugar. Add a little vanilla and stir to combine. Meanwhile, sprinkle the coconut, raisins, and peanuts over the toasted phyllo in the baking dish, then pour the hot milk mixture over everything.

Bake the dish at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes, until set and the edges are golden. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve Om Ali warm or cold, as you like. Enjoy!
