Safflower Tea also very well known for it's unique, mild, slightly sweet flavours and potential health benefits is a great one for consumption. It is loved for it's aroma too. It is commonly known as false Saffron or dyers Saffron. It is often consumed to regulate Cholesterol levels, support Liver health and regulate menstrual cycles. It also has the potential to maintain bone health in post menopausal women.

Safflower is often confused with Saffron whereas these two are absolutely different. They both are unique with distinct characteristics and uses. The confusion usually comes from their somewhat similar names. Burning it as an incense, keeping unwanted energies at bay, it has been used by people in rituals aimed at banishing negativity.
Safflower generally doesn't contain any toxic substances but excess consumption of it can have adverse effects.
It is refreshingly awesome, a bit sweet and a bit tart because of Lemon juice, this Safflower Tea or Hot Concoction is an ideal choice for a soulful retreat with your loved ones besides you. Indulge in a serene, peacefully soothing effect with this amazing Tea

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
