Cooking Instructions

Soak urad dal and moong dal over night
- 2
Grind it in to a smooth paste. Add chillies and little water at a time to make a soft batter. Add finely chopped carrot, onion and coriander.

Mix well, heat tawa, add small portion of dosa batter, and spread the dosa in circular motion. Apply oil if needed

Flip and cook from other side too. Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambhar.
