In a mixing bowl take rice flour, leftover rice, salt and baking soda and make soft dough with the help of water.

Make farra from it. Arrange farra in a greased plate and place the plate in pre heated steamer.

Steam on the low flame for 10 - 15 minutes. In a pan take oil and add mustard seeds. (You can add curry leaves and green chilli)

As seeds crackle add hing,red chilli powder and sesame seeds in it and add farra in it. Give a gentle mix and serve hot.
