Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 10Ladyfingers (bhindi) :
  2. Oil to deep fry
  3. 1/2 cupGround nuts :
  4. 1/2 cupKaripatha :
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 2 tablespoonsRice Flour
  7. 1/2 teaspoonRed chilli powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoonChaat masala
  9. 1/2 teaspoonDry mango powder (amchur)
  10. 1/2 teaspoonCumin powder

Steps

25 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut the ladyfingers in round shape

  2. 2

    Put the bhindi in a bowl, add salt, rice flour,red chilli powder, chaat masala, amchur and cumin powder and mix well and keep for 5 minutes.

  3. 3

    Meanwhile heat the oil in the pan and saute the ground nuts and karipatha and keep aside.

  4. 4

    Drop the slices into the hot oil and deep fry on medium heat till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.

  5. 5

    Mix the groundnuts and karipatha in that bowl and it is ready to be served.
