Slaughter chicken, dress and cut into bits.set aside

Wash and shreds your Utazi leaves. Set aside as well

Remove the skin of garlic and ginger and grind together with the onious, pepper, and the ehuru seeds

Wash your chicken and put in a clean pot. Slice your onion, add the grinded spices,Maggi, salt and allow to steam for 15mins

As the meat tenders, add your water and other spices
