The flavor of crisp-tender vegetables is delicious and juicy in this dish. It comes together quickly and is healthy as well as tasty. Oyster sauce is optional—I use it because I have some on hand and like to add it.

Mince the garlic and start to sauté it in a little oil (be careful not to let it brown too much). Cut the vegetables into strips and add the onion. Sauté for a few minutes until it softens. Add the bell peppers and sauté until they are tender but still crisp.

Remove the vegetables, add the chicken breast (cut into strips), and cook until well browned and fully cooked through.

Return all the ingredients to the skillet. Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce, and mix well. Cook for a few more minutes to let the flavors blend.
