Ingredients

10 mins
  • 3fresh figs
  • 1 cuplabneh (or yogurt if you’re making it from scratch)
  • 1 tsphoney
  • 1/3 tspfennel seeds
  • Pinchblack pepper
  • Pinchsea salt
  • 1 sprigfresh thyme
  • A fewdrizzles of olive oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice figs into halves and lightly crush fennel seeds

  2. 2

    Spread labneh onto serving dish. Make some carvings with your spoon so the olive oil drizzles nicely for presentation

  3. 3

    Lay fig halves onto labneh. Then simply assemble by adding the rest of the ingredients to the plate. Finally add some ground black pepper and a drizzle of high quality olive oil to finish.

  4. 4

    Serve with some warm dipping bread!
