Steps

Wash and trim the ends of the drumstick and cut it into 1.5 inch and keep aside

Heat up 2 Cup water into a pressure cooker add drumstick and make 2 whistles.

After 2 whistles open the lid and transfer drumstick to a bowl and let it cool down.Then mash it with the masher and strain with the strainer and extract pulp and juice.

Take a mixing bowl and add whole wheat flour and semolina anda chopped onion chopped green coriander leaves green chilli and ginger paste salt turmeric powder lemon juice white sesame seeds mix all well

Now add drumstick pulpy water and gently mix all ingredients together add chilli flakes if the batter is thick add normal water and keep aside for 5 min rest

Heat up tawa and spread little oil on it.Now spread a laddlefull of prepared batter and spread 1 tsp oil all over it cook on medium heat until the lower side tum golden and crisp flip and cook otherside too

Serve hot or warm with chutney or sauce.Enjoy Thank you 💕
